Dr. Patricia Kennedy and her husband Rick Arrington opened Jefferson Animal Hospital in 1978. 1980 was a milestone when they opened their doors 24 hours a day. It was the first 24 hour emergency center in Louisville and has never closed it's doors since. Jefferson Animal Hospital East was opened in 1985 as a sister hospital. In March of 2005 Dr. Kennedy received an award for 25 years of being certified with the American Animal Hospital Association. Dr. Kennedy loves to Garden, enjoys the Kentucky Derby and is a activist for the veterinary community. |

Dr. Pam Williams graduated in 1978 from the University of Illinois . She has been employed with Jefferson Animal Hospitals since 1995. Dr. Williams enjoys the surgical and diagnostic aspects of being a veterinarian and has a very special interest in exotics. Dr. Williams hobbies are caring for her horses, her African grey parrot Daniel, and all of her other four legged family members. Pictured with her are dogs, Hogan her 120 pound Rottweiler, Rumpie a terrier mix and Sara Jane a spaniel mix. |

Dr. Krista LeGrand graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. She is committed to quality and service oriented medicine with special interests in internal medicine and animal behavior. She spends her off time with her husband and three dogs, Herman, Lucky and Rocket and she loves to play golf. Her special gift of bonding with pets and their owners makes her a favorite with our clients. |
